Change/Cancel OrderWe work hard to process and ship your order in as speedy a time frame as possible. Due to the custom nature of many of our products, you order is placed into the manufacturing process as the order is processed. Because of this we ask you to notify us if you wish to change or cancel your order as soon as possible. How do I cancel or change my order? · You must contact us immediately at 866-552-9155 (leave a message if we happen to be with other customers) · Also you must send an email to cs@beanbagsuperstore.com if you need to make any changes or cancel an order. We require this “written” notice for our files and it serves as a time stamp for the action. How much notice do you need to change or cancel an order? · We require 24 hours notice in order to cancel an order to avoid shipping charges. · Our customer service department is open daily from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday Pacific Time (11:00 AM to 7 PM EST). · Requests for changes and or cancellations received after business hours will be addressed the following business day. What if the order ships before I change or cancel my order? · Orders canceled after they have shipped will be treated as a return and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Any order refused upon delivery (without prior arrangement and approval of a Customer Service) will be treated as a return and a 15% restocking fee will be charged to your order.How do I exchange an item? · In order to exchange an item you must first contact us for an RMA number (see Returns FAQ) for the item you wish to return. Return that item and place a new order for the new item you wish to have. Once the the returned item is received at our warehouse we will credit you for the returned item as per our return policy. |
