We are not perfect and occasionally make mistakes yet do all within our power to rectify the mistake as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive.

Contacting Customer Service - We like to hear from our customers and we want to provide you with the best service possible. The best way to contact us is via email at "cs@beanbagsuperstore.com" or call us at 866-552-9155. We are primarily an Internet retailer and do 95% of our sales via our online store. In order to keep our costs (and our prices) low, we keep a small but dedicated Customer Service staff. When you call our toll free number you may be asked to leave your name, order number and return telephone number. We attempt to return all calls as soon as possible. If you have an issue with your order or require a rapid response to a question please email our customer service department at email: cs@beanbagsuperstore.com. You will receive a faster answer. We send out 3 emails with every order Please provide us with a correct email address when you place your order. This is vital in order for you to receive a rapid response on your order. We can also be reached at: BeanBagSuperstore.com This is not the address to return items to. They will be refused and you will have to pay to ship them to the correct address. Please contact us for the return address and RA number. Returns: If you would like to return an item, please email us at returns@beanbagsuperstore.com. Sales Tax
We are an Oregon based company. Oregon does not presently impose a sales tax. The Internet laws currently do not force us to collect a sales tax.Shipping and Handling
Due to the nature of bean bags, UPS and FedEX charge an oversize box rate. As an example a 5-pound bean bag may ship as it were an 80 pound item. We have a flat rate shipping policy in an attempt to fairly charge the costs we incur in boxing and shipping. Our flat rate charges are by weight. We do not ship products to Canada. We do not ship products to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship products internationally. Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If the address is incomplete it may delay receipt of the package. UPS and Federal Express have a charge for address changes. We pass this charge (fee) on to you if they/we have to correct the address (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing). 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You may place an order, inspect the product, and, if you are not fully satisfied, you can return it for a refund less the original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. (All of our vendors have instituted a 15% restocking fee due to return abuse.) If you find it necessary to return an item to us for replacement or a refund, email us at, "returns@beanbagsuperstore.com" for an RA (or RMA) number and the return shipping address for your item. Please repackage the products securely in an outer carton.
Do not ship returns to our Oregon location - the shipment will be refused. You must contact us at "returns@beanbagsuperstore.com" for the correct returns center address.
Be sure to include inside the package a copy of your sales record and a note describing the problem with the item and the RA number. You must call for a return authorization number before returning an order to us.
If the shipment is incorrect and our fault or if the product is damaged, we will issue you a return shipping label to use so that you do not incur the shipping charge. This is not the case on products you have simply decided to not keep.
No packages will be accepted without an RA number on the outside of the box. All merchandise must be in mint condition and in the original manufacturer's labeled packaging, enclosed within a shipping carton and must include all packaging material and blank warranty cards.
Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. Defective Merchandise
If you receive a defective item, please contact our Customer Service Department 9:30AM - 4:30 PM PST, Monday - Friday, at 866.552.9155 or email "cs@beanbagsuperstore.com Please have your order number when you call. All of our order numbers are 4-5 digits long. You can find this number on your order confirmation email and your packing slip. Warranty Information
Manufacturers' warranties accompany most items, and are subject to the manufacturers' policies. Everything we sell is new and has been carefully inspected prior to shipment. If after 30 days your product becomes defective, please see your product's warranty information for contacting the manufacturer for replacement and/or repairs. If you can no longer locate that information, feel free to contact us for help in getting the manufacturers contact information.Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment and receive a full refund. Should you desire to cancel an item which has not been shipped, call the Customer Service Department between 9:00AM - 4:30 PM PST, Monday - Friday, at 866.552.9155. Also email the cancellation to cs@beanbagsuperstore.com.You will be advised if your merchandise has not been shipped and may therefore still be cancelled. If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and restocking charges. Out of Stock?
Many of our products are custom made so have varying degrees of processing times. Items that you order with 2-3 day processing times are typically in stock. There is such an avalanche of orders between December 1st and December 20th that shipping times can increase. We make all possible efforts to ship in a timely manner.
If you agree with the timeline anticipated for actual delivery, we will continue with the order for you. We will ship these orders as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. You may cancel a back-ordered item at any time by emailing us at cs@beanbagsuperstore.com. Legal Notice
