Returns FAQ



We hard provide you with all the information you need to feel confident in your decision to purchase from the BeanBagSuperstore.com. As part of this effort we want you feel good about your purchase with our “30 day no hassle return” policy. We hope every item you buy from us meets or exceeds your expectations. However we know that no matter how hard we try from time to time a customer may need to return their purchase. We will be happy to accept all new or like-new returns within 30 days of delivery. This FAQ should make this easier for you.

First Step to a happy return –Request an RMA number!

·           To return your order the product must be in “new” or “like new” re-salable condition. You must email us at cs@beanbagsuperstore.com and let us know you would like to return your purchase and request an RMA (Return Merchandise) number.

·          In the email please include your name, address and order number.

·          Please include a short statement of why you are returning the purchase. (We need your reason so we can track issues, you can return your purchase for any reason you like.)

·          Please allow up to 48 hours for us to send you an RMA number.

Step two to a happy return – We send you directions and an RMA!

·           We will send you an RMA number, address to ship the items to and directions on how to proceed.

·          You must include a note inside the box with your name, order number and RMA number explaining the reason for the return.

·          Write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Shipments without an RMA number will be refused.

·          Address the item to the address we gave you. We accept returns at different warehouses depending on the item and on the reason for the return. If you send your product to the wrong warehouse it will be refused.

Step three to a happy return – you ship the product back!

·           Securely tape your box and insure the item is protected as it was when we shipped it to you. We ask that you ship it back via Federal Express ground or UPS ground to insure there is a tracking number for you package.

·          Ship via UPS or Federal Express

·          Ship the item back to the address we gave you.

·          Send the tracking number to tracking@beanbagsuperstore.com so that we can monitor its return

Step four to a happy return – we credit your card!

Once we have received your item and verified its condition we will issue you a refund for your purchase minus the 20% for restocking fees. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time we receive your return until you receive your refund. It takes time to verify the return then refund your money. When we receive word from the warehouse that everything is ok we credit your account immediately. However, due to variations in banking systems, you may not see the credit on your card for up to a week. This is due to your bank/credit cards' policy not us. This credit is sent from our bank every evening so the money is returned to you immediately.

What happens if the item is damaged or broken?

If you receive an order from us and that is damaged, the wrong item or has a manufacturers defect please contact us immediately at 866-552-9155 or at cs@beanbagsuperstore.com. We will work with you to replace the damaged item and to pick up the incorrect or damaged order at no cost to you.
