Shipping Info
è How much is shipping on your products?
We offer flat rate shipping on all our products. We take the worry and concern out of your buying decision. The price you see on the item page for shipping is the price you get. If the price of fuel goes up you’re covered we take the risk. All of our products are shipped in the Continental USA using ground services via UPS, Federal Express or common carrier. Due to our products large sizes we do not ship expedited.
è Do you ship outside of the bottom 48 states?
No, presently we only ship to the lower 48 states in the USA. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada.
è Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Unfortunately, UPS and Federal Express do not deliver to these addresses so we cannot and do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. (A solution some have used is to order the product and ship it to a friend or relative close to where the person is stationed in the US. We do not ship internationally.
è Can you ship my order via Air or expedited shipping?
No, unfortunately due to the large size of our products they ship only via ground or freight service. We cannot expedite shipping.
è What does “Availability” mean?
Availability is an approximate time until the item ships from one of our warehouses. This time estimate is in “business” days. Our warehouses do not work on weekends and holidays. You must also add transit time to this time estimate to know when the order will get to you. Please be patient we and our warehouse work very hard to ship your items.
è Please inspect your order immediately when it arrives?
When your order first arrives it is important that you check it over for shipping and handling damage. Look to see if the carton it came in is damaged or if the corners are dented. Also check to see if there are any holes in the box caused by sharp objects. If there is significant damage to the shipping carton, ask the delivery person to sign off on the delivery receipt that there is damage to the box. They will then often wait for you to open the carton to make sure the item is ok. If the item is damaged contact us immediately.
è How do I track my order?
Once your order has been packaged and has left one of our warehouses a tracking number is generated. We send via email this tracking number to you.
To track your order take the tracking number from the tracking email we send you and:
• For FedEx shipments (tracking numbers that begin with "04"), call 1.800.GOFEDEX or visit http://www.fedex.comto track your order.
• For UPS shipments (tracking numbers that begin with "1Z"), call 1.800.782.7892 or visit http://www.ups.comto track your order.
You will see the scheduled delivery day and where the order is up to that day. If your purchase is being delivered by a Freight company, you will be contacted by the Freight Company via telephone 1-2 days prior to delivery to schedule a delivery appointment. è My tracking number doesn’t show up on UPS/Fed/Ex?
At UPS and Federal Express, when the truck picks up your order from one of our shipping locations, all packages are then brought to a central location to be scanned into their systems. This central location may be in the same town or in a town several hours away. Due to this time delay there is often a lag between the time we send you the tracking email and when UPS/Fedex scans the tracking number into their system. This delay can be longer during the Christmas rush. Your order is still heading your way the tracking number just may not give you information for a while. Please allow 12 hours from the time you receive your tracking number before you contact us with this issue. If after 12 hours your tracking number still doesn’t work; send us your order number and tracking number to tracking@beanbagsuperstore.com and we will help you.
è How do I cancel or change my order?
We work very hard to process all orders as quickly as possible. Because of this you must contact us immediately at 866-552-9155 (leave a message if we happen to be with other customers) “and” send us an email to cs@beanbagsuperstore.com if you need to make any changes or cancel an order. We require this “written” notice for our files and it serves as a time stamp for the action. We require 24 hours notice to cancel an order to avoid shipping charges. If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please contact us. Orders cancelled after they have been shipped will incur our standard restocking fee of 15% on items coming via UPS or FedEx.
